- Recording, capturing, or redistributing live or recorded webinar sessions without explicit written permission
5. Webinar and Live Session Rules
When participating in live webinars, interactive sessions, or any real-time communication features offered on the platform, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully and professionally. Specifically, you agree to:
- Refrain from disrupting sessions with irrelevant, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Respect the intellectual contributions of instructors and fellow participants
- Not share session access links, login credentials, or session recordings with unauthorised individuals
- Comply with any session-specific guidelines communicated by the host or instructor
The platform operator reserves the right to remove any participant from a session who violates these rules, without refund or further obligation.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Platform Content
All content available on this platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, video recordings, course materials, webinar presentations, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of the platform operator or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. If you submit, post, or upload any content to the platform, including questions, comments, or materials shared during sessions, you grant the platform operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the operation and promotion of the platform. You represent that you have the right to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
6.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the platform may be used by the platform operator freely and without any obligation or compensation to you.
7. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
7.1 Fees
Certain features, courses, or webinar sessions may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before purchase. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan or session at the time of purchase.
7.2 Billing
For subscription-based services, your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period unless you cancel prior to renewal. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information remains current and accurate.
